WHAT TYPE OF FILES DO I NEED TO SEND YOU?
Architectural blueprints or CAD files are preferred. We also can accept PDF, JPEG or a sketch. Please include floor plans, sections, roof plans, elevations and material list.
HOW LONG WILL MY RENDER TAKE?
It depends on the complexity of the project and number of renders you need. We’ll be able to tell you once you send us the plans.
DO I HAVE TO PAY THE 50% DEPOSIT?
Yes, this is a necessary requirement for us to be able to start the project.
EXCEPT PLANS & ELEVATIONS, WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO GIVE YOU?
We need to know what type of materials, colors and the finishes to use. The exact views you would like to see on the renders; if you are not sure, we can suggest the views for you.
We also need to know the resolution of the render, usually, 1080p resolution (Full HD) works well and it is perfect for brochures and the web. If you require large resolution renders please let us know when requesting your quote.
CAN YOU WORK FROM A CLIENT'S EXISTING 3D MODEL TO CREATE A RENDERING?
Yes. We offer a discount if you send us the 3D file and the turnaround time will be reduced. We accept .FBX, .SKP, .C4D and .OBJ formats.
DO YOU OUTSOURCE THE PROJECT?
No, we don’t outsource any project. Everything is done by our in house team.
